Absolutely. Building your PC with us could enjoy lifetime free labor on upgrade and diagnostic. Whenever you’re ready to upgrade your Graphics Card, add more storage, or having any issue you have no idea what to do, bring it by the shop and we will take care of it.
Can I request specific parts that aren’t on the builder list?
Absolutely! If you have your own list or parts, just type the name directly into our Web Builder above, or send us a message on WhatsApp. We can help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
How long does it take to build my custom PC?
Once you submit your list from the builder above and confirm your order with us, it usually takes us about 1 to 4 working days to fully build, test, and prepare your new PC for pickup or delivery.
What happens if a part breaks? Do you provide a warranty?
Yes! Every part we use comes with full local manufacturer warranties (usually 3 to 10 years depending on the part). If something goes wrong, you don’t have to stress about dealing with overseas brands—just bring the PC back to our SS15 shop and we will handle the RMA and troubleshooting for you.
